Service Description

ANY INDIVIDUAL USING THE LARKHILL EVENTING CROSS-COUNTRY COURSE (LEC3) FACILITIES DOES SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. Horse riding is a dangerous sport and you participate at your own risk. Due care has been taken to maintain LEC3 in a safe condition, but riders must observe the following rules and any additional instructions given. The facilities must be used in a sensible manner compatible with the level of experience of the rider and horse/pony. The rider is to have relevant and in date insurance for themselves and their horse/pony. Riders under the age of 18 years of age must have parental consent and be accompanied by a responsible adult from their household. Current standard riding hats (approved to British Standard PAS 01598/2011 Kite Mark or equivalent), full length riding boots or jodhpur boots and back protectors are compulsory. Do not muck out lorries/trailers into the Lorry Park, take all rubbish and droppings away. Dogs must be on a lead.

Cancelation Policy

For Camps: Please see specific booking terms and conditions which can be found in the service description of the camp booking area. For Lessons & Clinics: To cancel your booking please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your booking. All private lessons with less than 48 hours notice are fully chargeable. All clinic spaces are non-refundable, however if you can fill your own space then your booking can be transferred to a future clinic date or a refund given at Sophie's discretion.
