Service Description
Bookings for cross country clinics are Non-Refundable, however a transfer to a future date can be arranged given 5 days' notice ahead of the scheduled clinic. If less than 5 days' notice is provided, we cannot transfer your entry due to costs inc with bookings.

Cancellation Policy
For Clinics: All clinic spaces are non-refundable, however if you can fill your own space then your booking can either be transferred to a future clinic date of the same value or a refund given at Sophie's discretion. For private Lessons: To cancel your booking please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your booking. All private lessons with less than 48 hours notice are fully chargeable. For Camps: Please see specific T&C's within the camp booking system for further details.
