Cancellation Policy
For Lessons & Clinics: To cancel your booking please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your booking. All private lessons with less than 48 hours notice are fully chargeable. All clinic spaces are non-refundable, however if you can fill your own space then your booking can be transferred to a future clinic date or a refund given at Sophie's discretion.
