Terms & Conditions for lessons: Payment is due either upfront or on the day of the lesson. Failure to do so will lead to all future lessons requiring payment in full at the time of booking. If you cancel your lesson with 24 hour or less notice period, you will be required to pay for the full price of the lesson. And the payment for this must be paid on the day. Riding is a risk sport and you do so at your own risk. Sophie Altmann cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to any persons or horse. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions then you do not have permission to book and have any lessons. It is your own responsibility to have read them before booking any activity.
Terms & Conditions for Clinics: All clinic spaces must be booked via the sophiealtmann.com website unless stated otherwise. All clinic spaces are non-refundable, however if you can fill your own space then your booking can either be transferred to a future clinic date of the same value or a refund given at Sophie's discretion. Terms & Conditions for Camps: All camp spaces must be booked via the sophiealtmann.com website unless stated otherwise. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking an payment in full is due no less than 4 weeks prior to the first day of the camp. Please go to the camp booking page for full T's&C's.
